This trail begins at the ruins of Kunžvart Castle, a historic site with panoramic views of the Šumava region. From there, it leads through mixed forests and along gentle ridges, passing by traditional Czech cottages and a small chapel. The route is well-marked and offers several viewpoints over the surrounding hills. The final section descends into the village of Strážný, where a bus stop provides convenient return options.
